Unlimited bandwidth means hosts will severely restrict the number of kbytes/second flowing out of users website). We at HostDomain.com.au ensure that all of our customers bandwidth needs can be met under our various plans, however we do have several important requirements.
  We will NOT allow any of the following on our servers:

  • Pirated software
    
  • Sites predicting nudity
    
  • Sites with pornographic content
    
  • Hacker programs or archives
    
  • Sites about witchcraft
    
  • Satanic sites
    
  • Warez sites
    
  • Racism
    
  • Making Explosives
    
  • Promoting violence
    
  • Promoting terrorism
    
  • Non-Licensed MP3's or software
    
  • No file archives/download only sites**
    
  • Blasphemous material against person/persons/agency etc
  
  
  • Or any illegal activities that infringe any state, national or international law
    

  We are proud of both the speed of our servers and the low prices we offer our customers. However to continue offering the low prices that we do, we cannot accommodate users offering the above types of files (why? like it or not, most ot the above types of sites are illegal and although popular, quickly consume lots of bandwidth!). If you begin offering any of the above on your site we reserve the right to:

  • first, ask you to throttle back on your bandwidth usage by removing the content (and if you don't)
    
  • second, give you a time to correct the issue
    
  • thirdly, ask you to leave (and by that we mean "shut your site down")
    
  Our network is fully burstable so that we can offer ALL our clients the best possible speed and service but burstable bandwidth is very expensive so we will not tolerate abuses. Burstable bandwidth means that our network connections grow dynamically to meet demand during peak times, so we run at FULL SPEED, every hour of the day, everyday.
  

  The goal of our policy is simply to ensure that everyone on the server always has a fast, smooth running service. Unfortunately, we have sometimes known clients who sign-up with the intent of "offloading" their popular files to our servers (ie. cramming as many files, pictures, videos etc. onto their account as possible). This type of use is not acceptable. We have other "unadvertised" plans that might better suit your sites needs so please drop us an email for other plans hat may suit your needs. We strive to accommodate all clients and their websites, big and small!
